About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They practice evidence‑based, patient‑centered care, partnering with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Coordinate care through effective communication.
Promote safety and quality standards.
Support performance improvement initiatives.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor.
Participate in research and evidence‑based practice.
Develop protocols.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

Minimum of 5 years RN experience.
Valid RN license (single or multi‑state).
BLS certification.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
Ability to respond effectively in fast‑paced environments and adapt care to diverse populations.
