About the role

Registered Nurses (RNs) deliver high‑quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as key communicators between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Patient Care & Coordination – monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document assessments accurately.
Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction – address concerns, educate patients and families, communicate relevant information, and promote a supportive, respectful environment.
Performance Improvement – identify opportunities for process enhancements, support change initiatives, and contribute to better patient outcomes and organizational goals.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Active RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
