Operations Manager – Fashion & E‑commerce (Remote, Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own day‑to‑day operations for a fast‑growing fashion and e‑commerce business. The role will coordinate customer service, production, inventory planning and cross‑functional processes while supporting marketing and product launches. This is a full‑time remote position for candidates based in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring returns, refunds and issues are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate production workflows with factory partners, manage stock reporting and inventory forecasting.
• Maintain alignment between production, fulfillment and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Improve SOPs, workflows and accountability across departments.
• Partner with marketing to ensure operational readiness for campaigns and new product launches.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing operations in fashion, apparel or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to own operational responsibilities across multiple functions.
• Experience overseeing customer service, returns and issue resolution.
• Practical knowledge of apparel production workflows and supplier coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and independent decision‑making.
