Operations Account Manager

About the role

The Operations Account Manager will ensure operational stability and performance for a portfolio of iGaming clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication and issue escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational success and daily communication for assigned iGaming clients, handling escalations and post‑incident follow‑up.
• Coordinate internal teams (Payments, Customer Support, Affiliates, Development) to meet client requests and SLA targets.
• Track performance metrics, produce operational reports, and document processes and feature requests.
• Identify friction points in the client lifecycle and propose automation or workflow improvements.
• Introduce new platform features, gather feedback, manage contract renewals and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of account management or project delivery experience, with at least 1 year in iGaming.
• Advanced English and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle escalations calmly.

Required skills

• Task‑management tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• Understanding of web services, APIs, and technical integrations.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and BI reporting tools.
