Office Administrator / Sales Representative (Seasonal)

About the role

Ski Gudauri is seeking a motivated, customer‑oriented Office Administrator who will also act as a Sales Representative for the upcoming winter season. You will be the first point of contact for international guests, handling reservations, sales of ski lessons and equipment, and supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the office and rental location, providing professional information about services.
• Promote and sell ski lessons, equipment rentals, and related services.
• Manage bookings and customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reservations.
• Communicate with customers in person and via online channels.
• Coordinate with instructors, rental staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, administration, customer service, hospitality or a similar role.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Confident in direct sales and customer interaction.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, team‑oriented and available to work in Gudauri from December to April.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
