About the role

The Small Business Banker will work from our Batumi office, meeting SME clients, presenting credit solutions and supporting their financing needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the bank's business credit products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct client visits, presenting existing business credit products and services.
• Identify customer needs, propose suitable credit solutions and explain their advantages.
• Analyze the client’s business activities and financial condition.
• Prepare credit applications and present them to the credit committee.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and provide consultation as required.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, economics or business administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business credit.
• Fluent Georgian; conversational English and Russian are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• High responsibility, motivation, organization, planning and time‑management skills.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Professional knowledge of office computer programs.
• Customer‑service attitude: politeness, friendliness and willingness to help.
