Motion Designer – AI Video Production

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Motion Designer to join its Creative Production team. You will blend AI‑generated footage with motion‑design expertise to craft short, high‑impact videos for paid user‑acquisition campaigns across Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Your work will directly support performance‑marketing goals and drive user growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create 30‑second to 2‑minute video ads that combine AI‑generated clips with polished motion‑design elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts, iterate on creative ideas, and align visuals with campaign messaging.
• Analyze ad performance data to refine creative approaches and improve conversion rates.
• Stay current with global social‑media trends, competitor ads, and emerging AI video tools.
• Experiment with new AI technologies and workflows to increase production efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing or motion design.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and pacing for short‑form content.
• Comfortable working in an agile, cross‑functional team environment.
