About the role

The Direction Leader will own the design, development and management of the customer value proposition built on merchant partnerships. You will shape the architecture of benefits, ensure alignment with loyalty programs and drive strategic partner ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect merchant‑based value propositions for different customer segments.
• Develop benefit structures such as discounts, cash‑back, co‑branded offers, installment and commission mechanisms.
• Manage the economics of offers, comparing cost against expected revenue, commission and retention.
• Select and negotiate with strategic merchant partners to cover core spending categories.
• Initiate and oversee co‑branded and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular analysis of the partner portfolio to identify gaps and strengthen categories.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative customer research to prioritize benefits.
• Benchmark competitor value propositions and test benefit perception before rollout.
• Manage the full lifecycle of offers from concept through communication and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with digital, marketing, CVM and technical teams to ensure timely and quality implementation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in designing customer‑centric offers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving tech environment.
