Media Buyer / User Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a specialist with proven experience in buying traffic for Tier‑1 markets, particularly within the insurance sector (auto, home, health, or life). The role focuses on scaling user acquisition while meeting defined KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat targeting the U.S. market.
• Own the full performance‑marketing cycle: launch, test hypotheses, analyse data, report, and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and test effective ad creatives.
• Analyse and optimise sales funnels, including landing‑page performance, to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of lead‑generation experience.
• Track record of managing monthly ad budgets of $100,000 or more.
• Successful history of launching campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. advertising market, its trends, regulations, and consumer behaviour.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative teams and ability to draft testing briefs.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and Russian language skills.
