Marketing Project Specialist

About the role

We are hiring a Marketing Project Specialist! Our team seeks a strategic, creative, and proactive professional to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our strategic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Fully manage marketing projects from creative ideation to final execution.
• Plan and execute campaigns that strengthen long‑term brand positioning.
• Oversee large‑scale outdoor events (500+ attendees) and smaller activations such as giveaways and promotions.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers, supervise production, and ensure assets align with brand identity.
• Coordinate multiple projects across the brand portfolio, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proven background in FMCG and/or Retail sectors.
• Experience with traditional marketing channels and brand activations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Resident of Tbilisi or within commuting distance.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
