Manager, Customer Care & Sales Enablement

About the role

The Manager, Customer Care & Sales Enablement translates SCANA Energy's business strategy into practical learning, quality, knowledge‑management and readiness initiatives that boost frontline performance. This senior leader oversees both Training and Quality functions, ensuring teams have the tools and support needed to deliver strong customer experiences and adapt to change.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into training, coaching, knowledge‑management, quality and readiness initiatives for frontline teams.
• Lead and develop the Learning & Development and Quality Assurance functions, setting goals, performance expectations and workforce plans.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programs, learning pathways and onboarding experiences.
• Own the Customer Care and Sales Quality Assurance program, turning insights into coaching and process improvements.
• Manage knowledge resources, ensuring accurate, searchable information and measuring adoption.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in enablement, learning, customer success or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to improve performance and drive change.
• Experience leading training, quality, onboarding or knowledge‑management programs at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‑performing teams through coaching and succession planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems to deliver and track training.
• Familiarity with performance reporting and analytics tools.
