Mammography Technician

About the role

The Mammography Technologist performs screening and diagnostic breast and bone density examinations, supporting physicians in accurate diagnosis. This full‑time position focuses on delivering patient‑centered care while maintaining strict safety and aseptic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure diagnostic adequacy.
• Assist radiologists during procedures.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑focused care while upholding aseptic techniques.

Required profile

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT‑Mammography, ARRT‑Radiography, and BLS certifications.
• Minimum two years of diagnostic radiography experience; one year in breast imaging preferred.

Required skills

• Operation of radiographic imaging equipment.
• Diagnostic radiography techniques.
• Breast imaging and mammography positioning.
