Logistics and On‑Site Administration Specialist (Chinese‑speaking)

About the role

Goldwind International Georgia LLC is looking for a Logistics and On‑Site Administration Specialist who is fluent in Chinese and Georgian to support its wind‑farm project in Gori, Georgia. The role combines day‑to‑day logistics management, visa and residence‑permit administration, ad‑hoc procurement and general office support to ensure smooth operations for the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site logistics and administration, including office and accommodation upkeep, facility inspections and coordination of cleaning, maintenance, utilities and property services.
• Handle visa, residence‑permit and immigration procedures for Chinese and other expatriate staff, monitor policy changes, maintain a document tracker and liaise with Georgian authorities.
• Conduct ad‑hoc procurement of office supplies, PPE, tools and food; compare quotations, place orders, receive and inspect deliveries, and work with Finance on payments and reconciliations.
• Provide general administrative support such as external communications, visitor reception, meeting arrangements and on‑site logistical assistance.
• Assist with local compliance tasks, document management, data collection and reporting as required by the project.

Required profile

• Previous experience in overseas project administration, logistics, procurement or visa/residence‑permit handling; experience in Georgia is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, accountable and well‑organized with strong execution and coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to conduct market inquiries, negotiate with suppliers and resolve routine operational issues independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong document‑management, data‑organisation and information‑tracking skills.
• Flexibility to work in an overseas environment, resilience under pressure and effective cross‑cultural communication.
