Learning Designer

About the role

The Learning Designer will create engaging, scalable learning experiences for Angi’s Sales and Care teams, applying instructional design principles to support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor‑led training, job aids, articles, communications, and just‑in‑time resources.
• Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to produce clear, engaging content.
• Translate technical or complex topics into digestible, actionable learning experiences.
• Use learning technologies and authoring tools to build and deploy training materials.
• Evaluate learner engagement, knowledge retention, and performance impact, iterating based on feedback and data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with solid organizational and project‑management abilities.
