Junior Promo Manager – iGaming & Betting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Promo Manager to join our fast‑moving iGaming and betting team. You will support the planning, execution and optimisation of promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching promotional campaigns across multiple products and markets.
• Create and manage engaging promotional content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to basic reporting and analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and opportunities.
• Support day‑to‑day promotional activities and help maintain campaign calendars.
• Gather insights on customer behaviour to inform future promotions.

Required profile

• Some experience in marketing, promotions, CRM or a related field.
• Interest or experience in the iGaming and betting industry.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Basic analytical aptitude and comfort working with data.
• Proactive attitude, ability to meet deadlines and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent English.
