Junior Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to support Bolt’s courier network. In this role you will help onboard new couriers, resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and use data to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and training new partner couriers, ensuring they have the necessary information to start.
• Provide ongoing support to existing couriers through multiple communication channels, addressing operational queries and issues.
• Monitor performance and utilization metrics, identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with engagement, quality and analytics teams to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Document processes and contribute to the development of operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot patterns.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in working with people and solving operational problems.

Required skills

• Basic data analysis (e.g., Excel or similar).
