Junior Data Analyst

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Junior Data Analyst position is based in Tbilisi, Georgia. You will support the monitoring of gaming activities by gathering, cleaning, and validating data from the electronic control system and related sources. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior analysts and technical teams to turn raw data into actionable insights for compliance and regulatory decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple gaming‑related systems.
• Prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports, performing basic statistical and trend analyses.
• Visualise data using dashboards to support compliance checks.
• Identify irregularities or risk patterns and document findings clearly.
• Maintain data quality standards and update existing dashboards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical tools and processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage time and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Team player who collaborates well across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations).
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Python (nice to have).
• Exposure to ClickHouse (nice to have).
