IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Six Values is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fast‑moving HR team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, from senior marketing roles to large‑scale hiring of customer support agents and technical IT staff, helping the company scale its B2B gaming and technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract senior marketing talent and high‑volume customer support candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through social media, networking, referrals and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, evaluate cultural fit, and administer pre‑employment tests where needed.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and metric reporting.
• Support onboarding plans and collaborate with HR to improve new‑hire experiences.
• Promote Six Values as an employer of choice and participate in employer‑branding activities.
• Engage with the global HR team on cross‑border recruitment projects and policy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or gaming sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
