International Sales Director

About the role

AdGeeks, a Google Partner digital advertising agency, is seeking an experienced International Sales Director to lead business development and expand its client portfolio across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, marketing leaders, and business owners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate closely with account management and advertising teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Establish and optimise sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Represent AdGeeks at international meetings, conferences, and networking events when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership roles.
• Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with international clients and multicultural environments.
• Ability to generate leads independently and build long‑term partnerships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
