Influencer & UGC Marketing Manager

About the role

Social Boost, a British digital marketing agency, is looking for an Influencer & UGC Marketing Manager to join its Tbilisi office. This full‑time, on‑site position will lead the planning and execution of influencer and user‑generated content campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and onboard relevant creators for campaigns.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage ongoing creator relationships.
• Develop and oversee content briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and produce insight‑driven reports.
• Collaborate with social media, paid advertising, and sales teams to integrate influencer and UGC initiatives into broader marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Required profile

• Strong communication and public‑relations skills for managing creator and stakeholder relationships.
• Hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, and campaign management.
• Practical knowledge of social media marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Sales and negotiation abilities to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Proven experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
• Ability to analyse campaign data, interpret metrics, and present actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with influencer and UGC tools/platforms and basic advertising regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred, but not required.
