About the role

AdGeeks – a 360° digital advertising and creative agency partnered with Google and Amazon ADS & DSP, serving local and international markets – is seeking a Head Of Digital Advertising to join its growing team. The role requires a strategic, data‑driven professional to plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360 and programmatic tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360, etc.).
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad strategies and messaging.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and API integrations.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (Russian is a plus).
