Head Of Digital Advertising

About the role

AdGeeks is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Head of Digital Advertising to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance campaigns for local and international clients. You will work on‑site at the D‑Block office, collaborating closely with creative, account, and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360 and other programmatic platforms.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs and ensure maximum ROI for each client.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad strategies and messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics platforms.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (Russian is a plus).
