About the role

AdGeeks, a 360° digital advertising and creative agency partnered with Google and Amazon, is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Head of Digital Advertising. You will lead the planning, launch, and optimisation of performance campaigns for top local and international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360 and other programmatic tools.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs and ensure maximum ROI for each client.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad strategies and messaging.
• Stay current with digital trends, new tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (Russian is a plus).
