Head Of Digital Advertising

About the role

AdGeeks is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Head of Digital Advertising to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance campaigns for local and international clients. You will work on‑site in a modern office environment, collaborating closely with creative and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360 and other programmatic platforms.
• Manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators and ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyse campaign data, generate reports and present actionable insights to clients.
• Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual strategies.
• Stay current with digital advertising trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
