Head of Content

About the role

The Head of Content is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Tbilisi. The role leads the content vision and strategy across several markets, ensuring brand narratives are consistent, engaging and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee multi‑market content strategies that support brand goals.
• Guide content creation for both digital and offline channels, maintaining editorial standards.
• Collaborate with creative, account and digital teams to plan content calendars and optimise messaging.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials across campaigns and platforms.
• Mentor and coach content teams, establishing best practices and editorial guidelines.
• Review and approve key content pieces, guaranteeing consistency of tone, style and quality.
• Analyse performance insights to refine and improve content initiatives.
• Maintain alignment with regional business objectives and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in content strategy and development, with the ability to shape long‑term roadmaps for diverse brands.
• Strong content management and editorial oversight experience, including setting guidelines and ensuring consistency.
• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through a portfolio of persuasive, audience‑focused content.
• Leadership experience in managing content teams, providing coaching and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Background in advertising, marketing or digital communications, preferably within an agency environment.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
