Graphic Designer – Promotions & User Acquisition

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative Graphic Designer to join the Promotions and User Acquisition teams, creating customer‑focused digital assets that make marketing campaigns shine.

Key responsibilities

• Design attractive, effective visuals for a wide range of marketing and acquisition campaigns.
• Create digital assets for social media channels, email headers and templates, game assets and other ad‑hoc creative needs.
• Work quickly, efficiently and to a high standard while meeting team tasks and requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and support visual identities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide creative recommendations.
• Meet campaign deadlines to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Passion for high‑end graphic design with a strong digital portfolio.
• Excellent creative and conceptual skills, especially in user acquisition.
• Formal design training and a keen interest in current design trends.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communicator who works well in a team and welcomes feedback.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Figma.
• Basic video editing skills for simple designs.
