Google Ads Specialist

About the role

This role combines performance marketing with automation and AI, focusing on efficient scaling and data‑driven decision‑making. You will manage Google Ads campaigns end‑to‑end and leverage AI tools for optimization, analysis, and continuous testing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Monitor and improve performance using automated bidding and AI‑driven strategies.
• Analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Use AI tools to generate and test ad copy and assets.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities with AI‑powered tools.
• Optimize product feeds and campaign structures for Performance Max.
• Ensure tracking and data quality via Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to boost performance.
• Identify growth patterns and opportunities from automated insights.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, and Content teams for integrated strategies.

Required profile

• Experience with Google Ads at a mid to advanced level.
• Understanding of automated bidding strategies and Google algorithms.
• Experience managing Performance Max and eCommerce campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑driven approach.
• Proven ability to interpret data and continuously optimize.
• Openness to leveraging AI and automation in marketing.
