Global Site Contract Lead / Senior SCL - Clinical Research

About the role

Parexel is looking for an experienced Global Site Contract Lead / Senior SCL to lead end‑to‑end site contracting for clinical trials across multiple countries. The role is remote and focuses on strategy, negotiation, execution and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end site contracting, ensuring timely and effective contract execution.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as cycle times, contract quality and compliance.
• Develop contracting strategy documents, templates and best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams on investigator grant budgets and fee parameters.
• Manage project‑specific contracting teams, providing leadership, training and mentorship.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines, budgets and quality.
• Maintain transparent communication with sponsors, internal teams, vendors, CROs and sites.

Required profile

• Very strong global site contracting experience within a CRO or clinical research setting.
• Experience leading site contracting across multiple countries and regions.
• Bachelor's degree in law, business, economics or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership, diplomacy and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with contract management systems and eTMF platforms.
