French Speaking Back Office Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Go‑on Group’s back‑office team in Georgia, where you’ll work in a modern, quiet environment handling a variety of sales‑support activities. The role focuses on market analysis, inside sales, CRM management and cross‑office coordination, providing essential support for the company’s global business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competition analyses and monitor industry‑specific sales channels to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate in planning, organizing and executing sales initiatives across multiple regions.
• Perform inside‑sales tasks such as prospecting, researching worldwide projects and following up with potential clients.
• Support the team on new and existing projects, ensuring smooth client communication and documentation.
• Manage the company’s CRM system, keeping records up‑to‑date and generating relevant reports.
• Provide general back‑office assistance to offices in different locations, handling daily administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Currently studying business administration, marketing, sales or a related field, or holding a comparable qualification.
• Excellent command of both English and French is mandatory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates a responsible, conscientious work ethic.
• Strong communication and intercultural abilities.
