FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead

About the role

The FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead is a technically skilled professional with government‑domain experience who will drive Relativity’s FOIA data migration initiatives for federal, state and local agencies. This role combines hands‑on migration execution with technical leadership of the Data Migration Utility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data migration projects for new FOIA customers, creating migration plans that include data mapping, validation, transformation logic and cut‑over strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for agency customers throughout the migration lifecycle, from pre‑planning to post‑migration validation.
• Troubleshoot data anomalies and integration challenges in partnership with engineering teams.
• Own the product backlog for the Data Migration Utility, writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Test and validate new utility features, provide feedback and drive iterative improvements.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations and best‑practice migration procedures.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with government data, FOIA regulations and agency data‑management workflows.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP significant‑change processes, FIPS 140‑3 and NIST security frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering complex data migration projects in a secure environment.
