Event Design & Production Specialist

About the role

PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, is looking for an Event Design & Production Specialist to create and deliver high‑impact visual assets for corporate and project events worldwide. You will ensure that every presentation, digital sign, and audiovisual element is polished, on‑brand, and ready for execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format visual materials for corporate meetings, trainings, and global events.
• Prepare presentation decks and digital assets that support clear communication.
• Coordinate visual assets, digital signage, and basic AV requirements during live events.
• Maintain and update event templates, digital libraries, and branded corporate assets.
• Work closely with external vendors to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery of printed and digital event materials.

Required profile

• University degree in graphic design, visual communications, event production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience creating print‑ready and digital production files.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
