Dynamics 365 Administrator

About the role

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize its Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role supports CRM customization, Power Platform integration, and data visualization with PowerBI, collaborating with developers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Pages/Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Develop integrations and automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support data integration between Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist the BI team in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 administration and customization.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages).
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, business users, and technical leadership.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on system performance and data integrity.
