Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

PaidSync.ai is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing across its AI‑powered ad management platform. This full‑time remote position will plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on search, social and emerging channels, driving ROI for B2B and SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns (search, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor performance dashboards, analyse attribution and conversion data
• Allocate budgets efficiently and report ROI to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to improve lead quality
• Translate business objectives into actionable media plans using the PaidSync platform
• Test new AI‑driven features, provide feedback and help define best practices

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Lead‑generation campaign design and funnel optimisation expertise
• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4 and related attribution tools
• Experience managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Comfort working with AI‑driven marketing tools and translating goals into clear instructions
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
