Design Team Lead

About the role

B2Spin is seeking a Design Team Lead to own the quality and consistency of creative output across multiple iGaming brands. You will shape systems, standards, and processes that enable designers to deliver on‑brand assets at scale, while integrating AI tools into the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documented visual systems, templates, component libraries, and brand guidelines for four brands.
• Establish modular production foundations, briefing standards, and versioning to support repeatable output across email, push, in‑app, and onsite channels.
• Structure AI usage with per‑brand prompt libraries, reference styles, review checkpoints, and training to ensure on‑brand results.
• Define quality metrics such as first‑pass approval rate and rework volume, and proactively manage delivery risks.
• Provide regular 1:1s, feedback, and support to designers, monitor workload, and contribute to hiring and onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design operations or design systems in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
• Strong ability to create and enforce visual standards and production processes.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted creative workflows and establishing governance around them.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to support and develop a design team.
