Customer Support Agent – Player Operations (Crypto Gaming)

About the role

Join Thrill Labs' Player Operations team and become the frontline voice for players handling deposits, withdrawals and balance inquiries on a fast‑growing crypto gaming platform. You will own your shift, make real‑time decisions on high‑value transactions and ensure a seamless experience for our global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage player conversations end‑to‑end via live chat during your shift.
• Act as the primary contact for Payments, VIP and Compliance to prevent case stagnation.
• Provide clear handovers and detailed case notes for seamless continuity.
• Identify recurring issues and create self‑service solutions such as FAQs, macros and process improvements.
• Relay frontline insights to Product and Payments teams to drive platform enhancements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer support experience in a fast‑moving digital environment (crypto, gaming, fintech or e‑commerce).
• Native‑level English writing and strong communication abilities.
• Comfort making judgement calls with incomplete information.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Sharp, driven mindset focused on rapid problem resolution.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of crypto wallets, addresses, confirmations and stablecoins.
• Familiarity with back‑office tools, business‑intelligence dashboards and transaction data analysis.
