About the role

PASHA Bank Georgia is seeking a Corporate Banker to join its international team. The role involves supporting corporate clients, structuring deals, and collaborating with various internal departments. You will contribute to the bank’s growth while developing your professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Department in acquiring and expanding the client portfolio.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and participate in deal structuring and negotiations.
• Work closely with Credit Analysts to ensure smooth and timely credit review and approval.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Operations) to prepare, negotiate, and execute loan documentation.
• Support cross‑selling of banking products such as payroll programs, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking or the financial sector.
• Fluent in Georgian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
