Construction Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for experienced construction professionals to lead large‑scale projects in central Tbilisi. The role combines project management, site supervision, QA/QC, and HSE responsibilities across premium residential and industrial infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full construction cycle: preparatory works, earthworks, foundation, structural assembly, architectural finishes, MEP installation and external infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project (mandatory) and Oracle Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Coordinate with project managers to align work programs with contractual obligations, deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, analyse performance data and produce regular reports.
• Implement QA/QC processes, conduct testing and inspections, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Supervise site teams, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, quality‑focused execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle construction supervision, including preparatory, earthworks, foundation, structural, architectural, MEP and external works.
• Hands‑on experience with QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements on large‑scale industrial projects.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule and control complex construction programmes.
