Congress Manager – Sales, Marketing & Operations

About the role

The Congress Manager will lead the planning and execution of the Kolkhida Congress & Global Aesthetic Medicine Expo in Tbilisi. This full‑time, on‑site position combines event coordination with sales and marketing responsibilities to ensure a high‑impact, smoothly run congress.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate venue logistics, schedules, speaker and exhibitor relations, and participant experience.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive attendance, sponsorships, and exhibitor engagement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial reporting for the event.
• Oversee operational workflows, timelines, and on‑ground supervision during the congress.
• Analyze post‑event performance metrics and recommend improvements for future editions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multi‑day conferences or expos.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and internal teams.
• Background in sales and marketing for events, preferably in medical or aesthetic sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
