About the role

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is looking for CDL‑A drivers to join its dry‑van fleet as lease‑operator or company‑driver partners. The position involves over‑the‑road (OTR) hauling across the lower 48 states and Canada, transporting a variety of freight. Drivers will benefit from ATS’s Upside Pay program, which rewards performance in both slow and high‑demand freight cycles.

Required profile

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Lease drivers: minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience; company drivers: minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Stable, verifiable work history and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to maintain compliance with safety and equipment standards.

• Gross weekly earnings of $4,500‑$5,600 for lease‑purchase dry‑van operators.
