Azure/Databricks DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Azure/Databricks DevOps Engineer to join Soname Solutions’ data‑analytics team. The role focuses on building, maintaining and automating cloud infrastructure for our clients’ Azure and Databricks environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
• Maintain and optimise Azure and Databricks platforms.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs).
• Configure and maintain end‑to‑end logging and monitoring solutions.
• Handle Azure resource management, authorisation, roles and access control (RBAC).

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and Databricks ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform.
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD workflows for Databricks.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and identity/access management.
• English proficiency at B1+/B2 level for clear communication and documentation.
