AI Program Manager

About the role

Flutter CEE is looking for an AI Program Manager to provide holistic visibility, planning discipline, and execution control across AI initiatives within the CIO portfolio and cross‑delivery projects. You will translate AI strategic intent into a practical, sequenced, and governed program roadmap that delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate AI strategic priorities into a clear, sequenced, and measurable program roadmap.
• Align AI initiatives with CIO strategy, business value, technical feasibility, funding visibility, and delivery capacity.
• Define outcomes, accountable owners, delivery routes, milestones, value hypotheses, readiness criteria, risks, and decision points for each AI initiative.
• Own delivery governance and stakeholder coordination across AI product, model, architecture, security, data governance, and strategy owners.
• Champion AI‑first ways of working while maintaining human judgement and final decision‑making.
• Ensure AI delivery practices are fast, transparent, secure‑by‑design, value‑oriented, and scalable across CEE markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management of AI or technology initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including senior technology and business leaders.
• Experience translating strategic intent into actionable roadmaps and governance models.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with governance, security, and data compliance.
