About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient‑centered care. They utilize evidence‑based practices and follow professional standards to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity.

Key responsibilities

Partner with patients and families and coordinate care across the continuum.
Promote teamwork through effective communication.
Support performance improvement initiatives.
Mentor new staff and participate in research and evidence‑based practice.
Develop protocols to enhance care outcomes.
Practice in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and support resource efficiency.

Required profile

Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Current RN licensure (single or multi‑state).
BLS certification.
Prior clinical experience preferred.
