Web & App Analyst – Remote

About the role

Allformance is seeking a Web & App Analyst to join its remote‑first analytics team. You will help leading fintech, gaming and e‑commerce clients translate business goals into measurable KPIs using GA4, GA360, Firebase and related tools, while supporting sales in pre‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create measurement plans and technical documentation that align client objectives with clear KPIs.
• Audit and implement analytics for web and mobile products, configuring GA4 and Firebase, optimizing events, and identifying tracking gaps.
• Design tag architecture and advanced tracking scenarios using GTM and server‑side GTM, respecting cookie and privacy regulations.
• Assist the sales team in GA360 pre‑sales by presenting platform value, preparing use cases and participating in client meetings.
• Work with raw data in BigQuery: write queries, validate data quality, and perform ad‑hoc analyses.
• Produce reports and visualisations using GA4 Explorations and custom Looker Studio dashboards built on BigQuery data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web and mobile analytics, especially GA4 and Firebase.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Fluent in English (upper‑intermediate) and Russian.
