About the role

The Front Office Analytics and Reporting department of the Bank of Georgia is looking for a Junior Analyst to support retail front‑office operations, including branches and remote sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze retail front‑office activities (branches, remote sales) and present results to stakeholders.
• Extract, process and analyse data from databases.
• Prepare one‑off and recurring management‑oriented reports.
• Review ad‑hoc requests, identify regulatory aspects and develop systematic solutions with the team.
• Ensure technical and content accuracy as well as visual clarity of reports.
• Continuously improve and optimise existing reports and processes together with the team.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, computer science, economics, mathematics or another technical field.
• Experience in data processing, reporting or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Logical, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to make independent decisions.
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility.
