About the role

Aptos, a leading Georgian company in aesthetic medicine and beauty, is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage non‑resident and international accounting and tax operations. The role ensures accurate recording, classification, and reporting of all financial transactions related to imports, exports, and foreign partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting and tax operations with non‑resident and international partners.
• Control the accuracy and compliance of primary accounting documentation.
• Record and monitor expenses and documentation for import, export, and other foreign operations.
• Track and verify costs, documentation, and settlements related to travel expenses.
• Assess completed operations to determine correct tax obligations and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Maintain records of tax liabilities linked to non‑resident activities.
• Monitor settlements with non‑resident debtors/creditors, perform periodic reconciliations, and analyze overdue balances.
• Prepare information and documentation for financial and tax reporting, audits, and other inspections.
• Ensure timely and high‑quality execution of accounting processes within the assigned responsibilities.
• Perform additional related accounting tasks as required by the company.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in an accounting position.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the 1C accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
