Travel Support Agent – German Language

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Travel Support Agent to join Concentrix’s client, a global air‑technology platform. The role involves assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls or online channels, providing service for flight‑related products and resolving routine issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Identify customer needs, probe for details and use decision‑support tools to provide accurate resolutions.
• Communicate courteously, demonstrate empathy and build rapport with callers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions in the call‑tracking system.
• Refer complex inquiries to senior staff or published resources.
• Promote additional products or services when appropriate.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a positive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Effective use of internet browsers, email and web‑based applications.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
