Training Manager (SSC)

About the role

As the SSC Training Manager at Wolt, you will lead the training function for the Shared Service Centre, ensuring that all learning programs meet global standards while addressing local needs. You will manage a team of Training Leads and Specialists, track key performance indicators, and drive the rollout of global learning initiatives across the Tbilisi office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Training Leads and Specialists to deliver effective training programs.
• Track, report and analyse training KPIs to continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Implement and maintain the Train‑the‑Trainer certification process.
• Design and manage high‑volume, cohort‑based onboarding programmes for SSC agents.
• Develop instructional learning strategies that balance local requirements with global objectives.
• Coordinate the rollout of global training projects and adapt them to local nuances.
• Act as the primary liaison between the local SSC team and the global training organization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify performance trends and prioritize improvement initiatives.

• Experience in instructional design for onboarding and continuous learning.
• Excellent project management capabilities for training rollouts.

• Clear communicator who can bridge global and local teams.
• Adaptable and culturally aware, sensitive to local nuances.
• Fluent English and based in Tbilisi.
