About the role

The Technical Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist ensures the daily visual and basic monitoring of the head‑office’s technical infrastructure within the Logistics Department. The role focuses on early detection of anomalies, non‑standard conditions, and timely communication with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled daily inspections of all technical systems and equipment in the head office.
• Record and control the current status of electrical, BMS, boiler, hydraulic, server‑room, UPS, and generator systems.
• Monitor alarms, error messages, and panel indicators, identifying changes or defects promptly.
• Detect non‑standard environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, leaks, mold, unusual noise or vibration.
• Inform relevant technical groups or engineers immediately and follow up on reported issues.
• Conduct end‑of‑day inspections of floors, office spaces, and technical rooms, ensuring safety, energy‑efficiency compliance, and proper shutdown of lighting and other systems.
• Verify security measures, including locking of technical rooms and transition to night mode when required.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of building technical infrastructure.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and accurately record system statuses.
• Attention to detail for early identification of anomalies.

Required skills

• Electrical systems monitoring (panels, indicators, lighting).
• Building Management System (BMS) alarm and error monitoring.
• Boiler and hydraulic system inspection (pressure, leaks, indicators).
• Server‑room cooling system observation.
• UPS operation and indicator monitoring.
• Generator status monitoring.
