Technical Support Engineer – Level 2

About the role

Devexperts is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to ensure high‑quality service for its financial‑technology customers. You will work in a 5‑day schedule with on‑call duties, providing monitoring, troubleshooting, and liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial systems using proprietary tools and respond to alerts.
• Register, investigate, and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems.
• Assist DevOps, development, and QA engineers with technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with client and partner representatives.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service and basic UNIX/Linux environments.
• Proficiency with command‑line operations and shell scripting (AWK, Perl, etc.).
• Strong analytical, investigative, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
