Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Evolution is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing operations in Georgia. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain top talent that aligns with our business objectives and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through web‑based platforms, social media, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct job and position analysis in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits to create recruitment plans.
• Manage candidate attraction campaigns and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Receive, screen, and organize applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessment tools.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and share relevant documentation with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth orientation for new hires.
• Represent Evolution as an employer of choice at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee recruitment service suppliers to ensure quality and cost‑efficiency.
• Promote best recruitment practices and share knowledge across the team.
• Evaluate recruitment software functionality and suggest enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and company policies.
